Is Pulse the Right Fit for Your Event?
We're selective about the projects we take on — not out of exclusivity, but because great events require genuine alignment between planner and client. Here's what working with us looks like.
We typically work with event budgets starting from £5,000. For large-scale productions, budgets can reach six figures. We'll be transparent about whether your budget aligns with your vision during our initial conversation.
Ideally, 3–6 months for large events and 6–8 weeks for smaller occasions. We've pulled off remarkable events in shorter timeframes, but earlier engagement means more creative latitude.
Wales is our home base, and we have deep venue and vendor relationships across the country. We also take on select projects elsewhere in the UK and occasionally in Europe — particularly for corporate clients with multi-location needs.
Absolutely fine. Many clients come to us with a venue already secured. We'll assess the space, optimise the layout, and build the event design around what the venue offers — and what it needs.
We encourage it. Some clients prefer full delegation, others want to co-create every detail. We adapt our process to your preferred level of involvement — with clear communication either way.
